AVPA MEDALS

For 21 years, AVPA (Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products) has been organizing the “Les Huiles du Monde” competition, which has become a benchmark in the profession. More than 400 oils from around twenty countries participate each year.
Its jury is composed of restaurateurs, starred chefs, and industry professionals.
