Perles de Gascogne is a French company specialising in the production and distribution of first cold press virgin oils. Our original approach is to produce or distribute products that come from integrated and fully managed supply companies. Some of our oils are unique in the world!

PROCESS

We are present at every stage of the manufacturing process, from the selection of the seed or the fruit to the final production.

At each stage take place :

strict quality control and regular analytical control plans,
consistent with our qualitative requirement and in accordance with the standards in force.

2017 : construction of a factory in our orchards

In 2015, we launched a major investment plan to equip ourselves with our own production tool. The first stones were laid in 2016 in the heart of our orchards in Pujols (47) in southwestern France.

This tool allows us to meet the growing demand on our different oils, while preserving the quality that make them successful.

Our production tool includes :

Wash station, drying and conveying cores
Wastewater treatment channel from washing plum kernel almond
Crushing tool Cleanroom conditioning
Cold storage room
