A quick stop in Paris and three beautiful medals at stake!
Last week, we were in Paris, at the Senate, for the medals ceremony of the prestigious competition “World Oils” organized by the AVPA (Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products). An intense day, full of encounters and emotions, crowned by a wonderful recognition of our work:

🥈Bronze Medal for our Plum Almond Oil
🥉Gourmet Medal for our Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil

The Half-cooked Plum and the Apple Croustade Style, accompanied by a sauce scented with Pelargonium, a yogurt with plum kernel, a croustade juice, and an Armagnac confit.
An audacious, poetic dessert, where our oil reveals all its subtlety.
